MiniMovers constantly strive for a very unique positive workplace culture. We believe this is an ongoing process and throughout the Company there are opportunities and encouragement for our staff and customers to actively contribute towards improving MiniMovers and our workplace culture.
Whilst the main goal at MiniMovers is to "create ecstatically happy customers" it is probably the staff goal "to create a happy fun secure workplace" and the amount of time put into this goal which makes MiniMovers a great place to work.

For the owner of MiniMovers – Mike O’Hagan - his vision is very clear. Every decision made in the company is towards this goal. Mike’s team vision: “I have a vision of a total team effort in a fantastically happy fun environment with everyone focussed on the customer and the system from this will follow a thriving company which leads to income security and job satisfaction for all”.
One of these initiatives is our feedback section on the Employee’s “Staffnet” intranet system. Staff are encouraged to send their ideas for improvement regarding anything at MiniMovers direct to our Operations Manager, Colin Newman.
MiniMovers recognise that Australia is a socially and culturally diverse population. Our staff, our customers and our suppliers come from many different cultures and backgrounds.
