Training Period

MiniMovers has one of the most systemised and streamlined training systems in the world. These training systems have won many awards including the Australian National Training Association (ANTA) Award for Excellence in Training in the Transport and Distribution Industry.

The aim of all furniture removal “operators” during this training period is to get through the self paced training program as soon as possible and with MiniMovers’ help attain their MR truck license to become a MiniMovers’ Accredited Operator. Some operators get through this training in as little as six (6) weeks (providing you have held a manual car licence for at least 11 months) but it is self paced and it is up to you and means a dramatic increase in pay. Your training then continues on to National Accreditation.

Pay is on an hourly rate and in accordance with training level standards but increases dramatically as you progress through to MiniMovers’ Accredited Operator. Your wage includes sick leave and holiday pay.
