Probationary Period

When you first come to MiniMovers for your interview you are shown what MiniMovers is all about and told about the job you are applying for. If you pass the selection criteria you will then join MiniMovers for a probationary period (maximum 4 weeks).

This is so you can trial the job. It usually takes about 3 weeks to become “job fit” then you will know if this is the job for you.

For those who enjoy physical work, meeting new people, paid on the job training, flexible workdays, assistance in obtaining your MR truck license and a fun secure work place with an award winning company than you will realise this is the job you have been looking for.

It is also a time for MiniMovers’ staff to do an appraisal of your work ethics and attitude and decide your suitability to the job.

Pay is on an hourly rate and in accordance with entry level standards but moves up dramatically as you progress through the different career stages using the award winning self paced training at MiniMovers.

Please wear covered shoes to your interview!
