Depot Assistants are the elite of the MiniMovers' workforce.
To be a depot assistant you “lead by example”. New operators look to you for guidance and mentoring.
The criteria used to select a depot assistant is:
- Good attitude and respect towards the company, vehicles, equipment, customers and workmates
- Efficient performance
- Willingness to help and train others
- Professional appearance and always in uniform
- Teamwork
Pay is at a highly hourly rate than an Accredited Operator.
