The majority of our workforce are accredited operators.
MiniMovers prefer their staff to be well trained and well paid. Gaining MiniMovers' Accreditation achieves this.
MiniMovers' accredited operators have an incredible reputation for high standards of workmanship, excellent customer service skills and a courteous and happy manner. An operator trained by MiniMovers, we believe, can receive no better training anywhere.
MiniMovers acknowledge a “job well done”. Each month for each depot there is an “Operator of the Month” award. This award is voted on by the operators taking into account customer service, attitude to MiniMovers and its people and equipment. The winners of this monthly award then go on to be voted firstly “Depot Operators of the Year” and an overall national winner “Operator of the Year”. Our Operator of the Year wins an overseas trip plus $1,000 spending money.
Accredited operators move along our career path to become Team Leaders.
Pay is approximately $5 per hour higher than the Transport Workers award and includes sick pay and annual leave.
